Court Stops Catalonia Independence Bid

HOLD UP

Suspends per request from Spanish government.

Spanish Prime Minister has claimed the vote is not "compatible with the Spanish constitution," and declared Monday that, "Nobody and nothing will be allowed to break up Spain."
