An appeals court in Newark, New Jersey, upheld the termination of 37-year-old officer Eddie Gonzalez, who was convicted of grabbing and kissing his 14-year-old neighbor. He is also facing a number of other charges in unrelated cases, including stalking and impersonating a police officer. Gonzalez was fired from his job in January 2008.
