Pylons carrying electricity from Ukraine were blown up prompting a state of emergency in Crimea where now almost two million people are without power. The Russian Energy Ministry hasn't said what caused the problem but Russian media sources said pegged it on Ukrainian nationalists. In the event that this was actually Ukrainian nationalists, this woud further tensions in the region.
