He ought to stick to the talking heads on CNN: After using the song “Road to Nowhere” by the band Talking Heads in a campaign ad, Florida Governor Charlie Crist is being sued by lead singer David Byrne, who says he was “upset” by the spot and is seeking $1 million in damages. Apparently not a fan of the Senate candidate, Byrne explained the suit was “not about politics,” adding “It’s about copyright and about the fact that it does imply that I would have licensed it and endorsed him and whatever he stands for.”
