TomKat is, legally at least, no more. Less than two months after Katie Holmes filed for divorce from husband Tom Cruise, the case was closed Monday in a New York court. The former celebrity couple’s marriage is officially over. The exes, who married in 2006, reached a settlement in their divorce proceedings in early July, less than two weeks after the initial filing. Cruise and Holmes have a 6-year-old daughter together, Suri.
