DA: Brown Faked Community Service

At least his mom still believes in him. The L.A. County district Attorney alleges that Chris Brown submitted fraudulent community service records and did not complete the 180 days of community service he was sentenced to after assaulting Rihanna. Brown’s mother, a former director at Tappahannock Children’s Center in Richmond, Virginia, where Brown claimed to have served, provided the times, locations, and types of service—though Richmond police admit he was only supervised 9 or 10 times. Either way, sources tell TMZ that Brown was actually out of the country performing concerts on several dates when he claims to have served.
