Tina Fey, it turns out, can even beat out titans: Her new comedy Date Night narrowly edged out the 3-D spectacular Clash of the Titans for the top spot at the box office this weekend. Date Night, which also stars Steve Carell, raked in $27.1 million, while Titans earned $26.9 million. According to Variety, Date Night went over best with older couples. Paramount’s How to Train Your Dragon, in its third week of release, came in third with $25.4 million.
