Shall we expect a similar admission from Barack Obama? British Prime Minister David Cameron told the Kuwaiti General Assembly Tuesday that Britain was guilty of “a prejudice that borders on racism” for believing that Arabic countries are incapable of democracy. He apologized for Britain’s reliance on “highly controlling regimes” in order to ensure stability in the region. "For decades, some have argued that stability required controlling regimes and that reform and openness would put that stability at risk," Cameron said.
