Remember Paula Deen? She's still here, and still denying allegations of racism. In a recent New York Times article, a longtime black employee and "soul sister" of the embattled celebrity chef claims she was treated unfairly due to her race. Dora Charles alleges she was denied pay raises and was asked to do things she considered demeaning. A spokesperson for Deen responded, saying the issue "is about money, not race" and that Charles is "trying to cash in on the current situation."
