One of Iowa’s top newspapers, the Des Moines Register, has made its endorsements for the Democratic and Republican nominations, Hillary Clinton and Marco Rubio. There is little more than a week until the Iowa caucuses on February 1, the paper wrote that Clinton’s “depth” of “knowledge and experience” as well as her bipartisan experience meant she got their nod. As far as Rubio, the paper said he could “chart a new direction” for the Republicans.
