The U.S. is offering $10 million for the capture or information leading to the capture of Hafiz Muhammad Saeed, the founder of the Pakistan-based militant group Lashkar-e-Taiba, which was responsible for the 2008 Mumbai attacks. His brother-in-law and cofounder has a $2 million bounty. India hailed the bounty as a sign of “the commitment of India and the United States to bring the perpetrators of the Mumbai terrorist attack to justice and continuing efforts to combat terrorism.”
