$765M NFL Concussion Settlement Rejected

A federal judge has rejected for a second time a proposed $765 million settlement by the NFL with 5,000 former players who've sued over concussions. U.S. District Judge Anita Brody of Philadelphia said Monday the league should expand payment for some of the claims, especially for families of players who suffered from chronic brain damage that can only be diagnosed after death.
