Police outside Oklahoma City are engaged in a standoff with an armed man in an office building, who just released more than 25 hostages. Police were told the hostages would be released at 1:30 p.m. local time, and they came out with their hands up. The suspect and two hostages remain inside, according to police, who say a negotiator has entered the building.
