A Palestinian man drove off a road in Jerusalem and hit a cyclist and four Israeli border police officers, Israeli authorities said. The man apparently tried to escape but was shot and severely wounded by a security guard; he is now in custody. Israeli authorities are treating the incident as a terror attack.
