A man from Cross Lanes, West Virginia, called 911 and said he needed help for his drug addiction after watching President Obama’s address on the matter in Charleston. When the police visited his house, after repeated return calls from 911 operators, they discovered a cooler filled with drugs and digital scales. Instead of charging the man, he was brought to a rehabilitation clinic.
