Democratic Senator Claire McCaskill from Missouri and the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee are on the same page when it comes to attacking McCaskill's challenger, Republican Representative Todd Akin. This weekend, the DSCC will debut an ad calling Akin, "way out of Missouri's mainstream," for his support of plans that aim to privatize social security. The ad echoes a recent argument made by the Democratic incumbent just last week that her opponent doesn't "measure up" on the "mainstream priorities that matter to Missouri."
