Marcel Lehel Lazăr, the man indicted for breaking into a Bush family email account and leaking former President George W. Bush’s personal paintings, is set to be extradited to the United States, a Romanian high court ruled this week. Also known as “Guccifer,” Lazăr will face charges for wire fraud, unauthorized access to a protected computer, and obstruction of justice.
