British actor Christopher Cazenove, best known for his role as Ben Carrington on Dynasty, has died. He was 64. His family said the cause was septicaemia, an infection-related condition. Days earlier John Forsythe, who played Cazenove's brother in the 1980s soap opera, also died. Said Cazenove's agent, "All who knew and loved him will be devastated by the loss of this incredible man who touched so many lives."
