An earthquake struck the southern Greek island of Crete on Saturday, reportedly damaging houses and shops. While the U.S. Geological Survey clocked the quake in at a magnitute of 6.4, the Athens Observatory reported it was a 6.2. Regardless, it shook the island but was also felt in other parts of the earthquake-prone country. This is the second Greek earthquake in two days, but the 4.4 magnitude convulsion that hit the northern part of the country didn't cause any damage.
