Kaci Hickox, the nurse who broke the rules of her mandatory Ebola quarantine in Maine and drew attention to what critics saw as an overly harsh reaction to the dangers of health workers returning from West Africa, is leaving Maine. Hickox and her boyfriend will leave Fort Kent on Monday, the last day of the disease’s 21-day incubation period and the last day she is required to be monitored for the disease. She has shown no signs of the disease.
