It feels good to vote: millions have already turned out to vote in what is hoped to be the first free and fair elections in recent memory in Egypt. Voting continued into the second day Tuesday, with lines reportedly around the block, following a "huge turnout" on Monday. While there were some logistical problems at the polls Monday, fears of violence went unrealized as people voted in what the parties believe will be a record turnout. The Muslim Brotherhood estimates turnout at around 30 percent—a number it is apparently pleased with. However, some activists are boycotting the election, with one blogger calling it a "circus."
