Actor Emile Hirsch pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault Monday after being accused of putting a female studio executive in a chokehold in a Utah nightclub. Hirsch will spend 15 days in jail, pay a $4,750 fine, and serve 50 hours of community service. Records show that the actor put the woman in a chokehold and body slammed her in the nightclub during the Sundance Film Festival.
