One of the three inmates who escaped from an Orange County jail last week has turned himself in to police. Bac Duong surrendered himself to Santa Ana police on Friday after a friend or acquaintance called the cops. The search is still on for the other two inmates, Hossein Nayeri and Jonathan Tieu. All three men were being held in custody on violence-related charges at the time of their escape.
