Experts say the U.S. economy likely added more than 200,000 jobs in March to cap the best four months of hiring in almost six years. The Labor Department will release the latest jobs report at 8:30 a.m. ET, and the unemployment rate is expected to remain at 8.3 percent for the third straight month. If the estimates are correct, the economy would have added an average of 236,000 jobs per month since December—that’s the first time since early 2000 that at least 200,000 jobs were created in four straight months.
