Dow loses 163 points.

Another rough day on Wall Street: The Dow lost 163 points, or 1.5%, as fears over Europe’s debt crisis drove markets downward. The S&P 500 had an even rougher day, with all but 11 companies declining; it was off 1.9 percent. “The overriding negative is the euro,” says one analyst. “It’s gone from a debt crisis to a confidence crisis in the currency maintaining itself. There’s just a lack of taking risk on after the move off the low we had earlier this week.”
