His "dangerous" rhetoric including promising to veto the DREAM Act as soon as he is in office, or calling Arizona's anti-immigration law a model for the country, is not appealing to Hispanic voters, she argues, "Latinos are pro-God, pro-small business, pro-family, pro-children going to college ... If [Republicans] were smart they'd capitalize on this audience but they've done so well at polarizing themselves from what is important to the Latino community."
