In an amended lawsuit, former Fox News host Andrea Tantaros alleged that the late network chief Roger Ailes “was recording female employees disrobe without their consent.” The new complaint outlines how Fox’s wardrobe department hosted a “bi-annual trunk show” in empty Fox News offices where female anchors disrobed “down to their undergarments” while trying on new on-air dresses “without even the benefit of a curtain.” Tantaros then claims that on “information and belief,” Ailes was recording the women undressing during the trunk show without their knowledge and consent. “FOX News moved for sanctions against the lawyer who filed Andrea Tantaros’ original lawsuit and he has since withdrawn,” the network said in a statement. “None of the four lawyers currently representing Tantaros in the action signed her new complaint, which she purports to have written herself. Her outlandish claims lack any factual basis.”
