Former top Donald Trump adviser and frequent CNN guest Roger Stone has been barred from the cable TV channel. In a statement to Media Matters, the network confirmed Stone “will no longer appear on CNN” after a series of incendiary, racially charged tweets slamming CNN contributor Ana Navarro. The incendiary political operative has called Navarro, a Latina conservative, an “entitled diva bitch,” a “pompous shithead,” and a “rabid Pekinese,” among other outrageous insults. Following his resignation from the Trump campaign last year, Stone took up the cause of campaiging against Hillary Clinton, often invoking conspiracy theories about the former secretary of state’s past.
