Ben Ali reportedly suffered a stroke in Saudi Arabia.

Remember those reports that Hosni Mubarak was in a coma? It turns out the rumor was right, but the deposed despot was wrong. In fact, former Tunisian President Zine el-Abidine Ben Ali, who fled to Saudi Arabia after being forced out by protesters, has suffered a stroke and is now in a coma in Jeddah, according to a French journalist. A conflicting report says that Ben Ali, who ruled the North African country for 23 years, actually had a heart attack.
