Whether or not they like him, a majority of Wisconsin primary voters say Mitt Romney will be the GOP nominee for president. Exit polls from today's Wisconsin primary are showing that 8 in 10 Badger State Republicans hold that view even though roughly half of those voters say he's not conservative enough to be the party's standard-bearer. Wisconsinites are equally divided as to whether Romney or Rick Santorum would do a better job handling the health-care issue. Romney has also taken steps to begin raising money jointly with the RNC, a sign that he is pivoting to the general election.
