Emergency workers responded to a report of a major explosion at a burning fertilizer plant in West, Texas Wednesday night, after an earlier fire apparently rekindled. Numerous injuries and property damage have been reported and the Dallas Morning News indicates that a "large swatch" of the town has been leveled. At least 10 structures, including a middle school, reportedly caught fire. The explosion knocked out power to a large portion of the community and residential areas were evacuated.
