Three people were killed on Friday in an explosion in the parking garage of a Paris building. One person was seriously injured in the blast and another is missing, potentially trapped under the rubble. The exact cause of the explosion, which was apparently an accident, is still unknown. But workers were repairing a fuel tank at the building when the blast took place. Paris Mayor Bertrand Denaloe said an investigation is under way.
