Watch out Vine, Facebook's coming for you! At a press event Thursday, the social media giant announced that it's adding video capabilities to the popular photo-sharing app Instagram, which has grown to 130 million users since being acquired by Facebook. Instagram videos will have a 15-second time limit, nearly three times the length of Vine's six seconds, and will have 13 new custom "filters," or color overlays, made just for video. You'll be able to select which frame from the video to show as the video thumbnail, and videos will be marked in the Instagram feed with an arrow icon.
