An off-duty police officer was pulled over by a man impersonating an officer in Virginia on Thursday. Shawn Michael Robinson was arrested after turning on a siren attached to his car and signaling for the real officer to pull over. When he identified himself as an officer, the man and a passenger fled on foot.
