Farook's Neighbor Involved in 2012 Plot

According to a CNN report, San Bernardino shooter Syed Farook's neighbor, Enrique Marquez, may have been involved in a previous terror plot in 2012. Marquez is accused of buying the semiautomatic rifles that Farook and Tashfeen Malik used in their attack which killed 14 people.
