A grand jury in Warren County in Queensbury, New York filed murder and manslaughter charges against 24-year-old Nicholas Jones, who is accused of killing his three-week-old daughter Gabriella Rose Parker. He was arrested on March 28 after the infant was taken to the hospital with injuries to her head. Authorities say that Jones threw her against a couch, after lifting her by her leg from her crib. Jones' lawyer says he will plead not guilty.
