The FBI has opened an “extremely serious” look into Hillary Clinton’s e-mail server and the “gathering, transmitting or losing defense information” as part of the Espionage Act, according to sources for Fox News. According to a government legal source, the rules and regulations do not hold a “send” or “receive” distinction.
