The Federal Bureau of Investigation is going to look into the shooting of unarmed 19-year-old Dylan Noble, who was shot and killed by two police officers in Fresno in June. Cellphone video captured the officers shooting while Noble is on the ground. Two shots were reportedly fired at him prior to the video starting to record. Police Chief Jerry Dyer alleged that Noble raised his shirt and reached into his waistband, making the officers afraid for their lives.
