The handful of people who watch NBC don’t need to worry about Comcast shutting down their access: The Associated Press says the FCC is seeking to prevent the cable provider from stifling video competition once it takes NBC over. The goal is to make sure that wireless companies and other subscription television services still get access to NBC. The Justice Department is expected to impose similar conditions.
