Firefighters extinguished a blaze at a 79-story Dubai skyscraper that went up in flames early Friday—the second time in two years. The Associated Press reported debris was falling from the upper floors of the Torch Tower, once the tallest residential building in the world at 1,105 feet tall. More than 40 floors were engulfed in flames. A handful of smoke-inhalation injuries were reported, and firefighters got the blaze under control at around 4 a.m. The structure attracted world-wide attention previously when caught fire in 2015, but did not result in major injuries.
