A search is underway in Mercer County, N.J., for a man who was reportedly swept into a manhole by floodwaters left over from Hurricane Irene. Landscapers were working to clear flooding from a parking lot when they removed a manhole cover. One of the workers was sucked in. New Jersey is being swamped with record flooding, and rising levels along the Passaic River forced evacuations of low-lying areas Tuesday. As many as 4,000 people were relocated. The river is at its highest level since 1903.
