Florida to Vote on Medicinal Toke

Florida may become the 21st state to approve medical marijuana thanks to a state Supreme Court decision Tuesday. In a 4-3 ruling, the court ruled a ballot initiative wasn't misleading and could be voted on in November. The proposal would allow a strain of weed with low THC and high CBD to be used. Parents and physicians say that combo helps prevent epileptic attacks, especially in kids, without getting people quite so high.
