  • State bars Westerners living in West Bank from entering Israel, East Jerusalem - Change discovered after foreigners renewed tourist visas, and saw that 'Judea and Samaria only' had been stamped inside. This also affects people born in the West Bank and whose residency status was rescinded by Israel prior to 1994 due to their prolonged residence abroad.
