Three men in France have been detained in what the Interior Ministry describes as a foiled terror plot to attack a military base. The men allegedly planned to film the attack. One suspect is 23 years old and served in the French military, while the other two are under 20. A 16-year-old was also detained but released for lack of evidence. They were each picked up in different parts of the country at dawn on Thursday.
