Charges just can’t stick to Dominique Strauss-Kahn. A Paris prosecutor dropped a probe into an attempted-rape claim against the former head of the International Monetary Fund, saying there is insufficient evidence to file charges. Strauss-Kahn, however, admitted to "sexual aggression" toward French writer Tristane Banon during their encounter. Banon said Strauss-Kahn tried to rape her during an interview in 2003. She came forward in July, when Strauss-Kahn was being held for allegedly raping Manhattan hotel maid Nafissatou Diallo. Banon is writing a novella based on the encounter, in which she refers to Strauss-Kahn as "the baboon."
