Franco Hits on Teen Via Instagram

Tries to set up hotel tryst via Instagram.

According to 17-year-old Scottish tourist Lucy Clode, 35-year-old actor James Franco tried to pick her up via Instagram. Clode apparently took an Instagram video with the star, and tagged him, which allegedly set off a night of flirting. If the chat is true, it includes Franco asking her “Do you have a bf?” and “You’re 18? When is your bday?” Then later, “Where are you staying? What’s your #?” They then allegedly switched to text message, where Franco asked “Can I see you?” To which she replied “As long as you are james [sic] Franco.” To which he sent her back a series of messages saying, “I am. You’re single? What’s the hotel? Should I rent a room?” Clode asked Franco for a selfie to prove it was him, which he sent. Alas, the night did not have a happy ending, as Clode said, “I’ll come back when I’m 18” and Franco lost interest. On Wednesday, the actor posted and then took down an image in Instagram saying, “I HOPE PARENTS KEEP THEIR TEENS AWAY FROM ME. Thank you.”
