A dramatic shootout with two U.S. Marshals and an NYPD detective killed a fugitive sex offender in the middle of New York City's busy Greenwich Village on Monday. Charles Mozdir was wanted for sexually abusing a 7-year-old boy in California. He was apprehended by law enforcement at a smoke shop and opened fire, according to police. Mozdir died at the hospital, but the officers are expected to survive.
