In case there was any doubt, Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi appears to have completely lost his mind: He appeared again on state television Tuesday to shout a long, angry rant at the camera. “Who are these agents?” he asked about the protesters. “Who are they paid by?” Then he shouted, “Damn those [protesters]” before repeating his earlier announcement that, “I will not leave the country. I will die as a martyr.” He repeatedly denounced demonstrators as “rats."
