Country music star Gavin DeGraw was hospitalized after being assaulted early Monday morning in New York, police and his representatives confirmed. Police said DeGraw suffered a broken nose and cuts to his face, and was taken to Bellevue Hospital via ambulance. DeGraw’s reps said the singer is currently under observation. DeGraw, 34, has been on tour this summer with Train and Maroon 5 and has a new album due out in September.
