President George H.W. Bush and Barbara Bush will perform the coin toss at Super Bowl 51 this Sunday in Houston, the NFL confirmed Wednesday. The appearance will come a week after the Bushes were hospitalized—George with pneumonia, at one point treated in intensive care; and Barbara with bronchitis.
